Pricing

Flat, transparent pricing. Built for long‑term relationships.

How pricing works

You're paying for judgment, not a stopwatch.

Hourly billing rewards slow work and quietly punishes you for asking questions. Flat monthly fees do the opposite.

Flat fees, quoted up front

Before any work begins, you get a written monthly fee. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices — if a 30‑minute call helps you make a better decision, that's the entire point.

Priced on outcomes, not hours

What matters isn't how long the work takes. It's that your accounting is clean, your tax is optimized, your structure is sound, and you have a CPA & Attorney to call.

Predictable, year after year

Pricing only changes when your business meaningfully changes — a new entity, a new revenue tier, a major shift. Otherwise, what you pay this year is what you pay next year.

One firm, one invoice

Accounting, payroll, business returns, advisory, and the legal‑adjacent work all bundled. No piecing things together across providers, no separate bills.

Common questions

A few things Metro Detroit owners usually ask.

Do you work with businesses outside Southfield?+
Yes — most of our clients are across Oakland County and Metro Detroit, with several across Michigan. Our home base is Southfield and that's where most in‑person meetings happen, but the working relationship is fully remote‑capable.
Does Justin actually do the work?+
Yes. Every engagement runs through Justin directly. There is no junior associate routing your questions, no portal black hole. The whole point of the firm is direct access to a CPA who is also an Attorney.
What if my business changes mid‑year?+
If something meaningful happens — a new entity, a new revenue tier, an acquisition, or significant complexity — we'll re‑quote before doing the additional work. Small questions and check‑ins are always included.
Do you charge for phone calls and emails?+
No. The flat fee covers all regular back‑and‑forth. The entire point is that you don't hesitate to reach out before making a decision.
Can you represent me with the IRS?+
Yes. IRS representation is built into the Integrated tier and available a la carte for clients on Foundation or Advisory. Justin handles representation directly under Power of Attorney.
Are you also our attorney?+
We are a CPA firm. Justin is a licensed Attorney in Michigan, and that legal training informs the tax, entity, and structuring work we do. For formal legal representation outside that scope, we coordinate with outside counsel.
When are fees billed?+
Monthly via ACH on a recurring schedule. No surprise invoices, no piecemeal billing — a predictable monthly partnership.
